A VERWOOD estate agent’s is collecting donations for the Ringwood Foodbank.
Goadsby in Ringwood Road is acting as a collection point for non-perishable food, to help local people in crisis by providing emergency food parcels.
The foodbank also offers friendship, support and information to anyone facing serious difficulty and hardship.
The collection point will be there until January 17.
Branch manager Jamie Mant said: “It is nice to give something back to those that live locally, and have supported our business for over 25 years.
“My team and I have been overwhelmed by the generosity already shown over the last couple of weeks.”
Suggested items include UHT milk, sugar, instant coffee, long grained rice, instant mash potato, fruit juice (long life), pasta sauces, sponge pudding (tinned), tinned fish, tinned vegetables, dog and cat food (tinned or dried).
