TWENTY-six crashes were reported on Dorset’s roads in just three hours on the first really icy morning of the winter.
Dorset Traffic Police said from 6.15am until 9.15am on Tuesday calls were coming in thick and fast as drivers failed to control their vehicles in low temperatures, anticipate ice and drive accordingly.
