TERRIBLE weather may have reduced the amount of money raised for desperate animals in Greece, but there were still plenty of wagging tails at a popular dog show last Sunday.
The Strays of Greece annual fun day still managed to attract a 400-strong crowd and the day will have raised a good sum to feed and neuter animals.
Lyn Purden of the Strays of Greece, based in Ashley Heath, said: “Thank you to all the wonderful people who turned out with their dogs to support the cause. We had around 400 people – and they all deserved a medal as many stayed to the end.”
