VERWOOD First School pupils went into the lion’s den when they performed a play based on a biblical tale.
All the children in the school had a part in Daniel – a Hard Act to Swallow, which they adapted from the story of Daniel and the Lion’s Den.
The play gave all the children a chance to show off their abilities, from the choir to the gymnasts.
