A CRAFTY collaboration between three shops in Ringwood has seen the first pony trail in the town.
Until September 6, young people are being invited to enter a competition to spot the decoupage model ponies in a host of shops along the High Street and the Furlong Shopping Centre.
People who find the correct number of ponies will be entered into a prize draw to win a hamper full of goodies.
Once the trail is over a silent auction will be held on carnival day to give people the chance to buy their favourite pony.
Tulip Crafts, Fox in the Forest and Waterstones have launched the trail in a bid to get more people in and around the town.
Waterstones manager Sara Thompson said: “I moved to Ringwood three months ago and I love how diverse and beautiful the shops are.
“As I was on the Mary Portas Scheme in my old town, I am passionate about keeping our high streets a vibrant busy place.”
