RINGWOOD artist Lindsey Cole has been awarded Wildlife Artist of the Year 2014 by the Society of all Artists for ‘Camera Shy’.
Cole, right, started her career as a ceramic painter with Poole Pottery. In 2002 she became an independent full-time artist teaching and demonstrating to local art clubs and societies. She gained an art diploma in 2006 from the Arts Institute Bournemouth. In 2011 and 2014 her paintings were hung in the Mall Galleries, London for the Society of Women Artists, and in 2009 the Society of All Artists awarded her highly commended in the Artist of the Year.
