SPECSAVERS in Ringwood is getting into the carnival spirit and will be raising money for Happy Dogs Rescue on Saturday, September 20.
Staff will be on hand to paint children’s faces while encouraging people to donate.
Store director Clive Butterfield says: “It’s a tradition in our community and we’ll be supporting Happy Dogs Rescue in the event to raise vital funds for them. Most of the staff have dogs and want to help those who haven’t got a home.”
Happy Dogs Rescue is a charity based in Ringwood which takes in stray and abandoned dogs to care for them until they find a new home.
