A CHAINSAW has been stolen from a Ford Ranger pick-up in Fordingbridge.
Police say the theft happened between 5pm and 7pm on Sunday February 15 and a witness saw two males approach the vehicle in the area of Parsonage Close and remove the chainsaw.
A police spokesman said: “The two males then proceeded to run off from the area, no other details are known.
“If you are able to assist police with additional information regarding this theft then please contact 101 and give the crime number 44150054180.
“Please be mindful that there are opportunists within our communities that will take advantage of vulnerable vehicles and outbuildings if left insecure - make sure that when you leave your vehicle you have removed all valuable items, or if this is not practical then try to keep the items out of sight and locked away.”
