IT WAS a day to celebrate for Joan Lawes who celebrated a milestone birthday.
Joan, who is a resident at Glynn Court care home in Fordingbridge, turned 100 on May 31.
She was joined by her daughter Jacqui Josephson, who had come over especially from Dubai to mark the occasion.
Joan was treated to a special party with music, which was also enjoyed by her fellow residents.
