Man, 71, killed in A35 crash
A 71-YEAR-OLD man has died after a crash on the A35 at Burley.
The crash involved a silver Mitsubishi Space Star and a pedestrian on Tuesday evening at about 5.20pm.
Police say the 71-year-old pedestrian, who was from Bournemouth, was directing traffic and died at the scene following the crash.
Anyone with information or who saw the man directing traffic should contact PC Stephen Antrobus at Totton Police Station on 101, quoting Operation Diversity, or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
