A CAR caught fire after crashing with a coach on the A31.
The incident happened at around 12.45am today on the westbound carriageway at Picket Post.
Emergency services were called to the scene and the road was blocked between the M27 and A338 near Ringwood.
Burley Fire Station wrote on Twitter: "Road traffic collision involving car and coach.
"No persons trapped but small fire in car engine bay.
"Two breathing apparatus and one hose reel jet used."
The road has since reopened.
A Hampshire police spokesman said: "We received a report at 12.42am today of a collision between a car and a coach on the A31 at Poulner Hill. The driver of the car sustained a minor injury."
A South Central Ambulance Service spokesman said it sent two crews to the scene after being alerted just after 1am.
A spokesman said two men in their thirties were assessed and treated at the scene but did not need hospital treatment.
