BURGLARY suspect William Sheen has been arrested after a major police search.
The 21-year-old was wanted by police in connection with burglary incidents in the Ringwood area which happened between May and November, 2017.
A Hampshire Constabulary spokesman today (Friday) said: "A 21-year-old man from New Milton has been arrested in connection with this investigation and remains in custody at this time."
A major police search was carried out in Fordingbridge by police on Wednesday night which involved uniformed officers, dog units and a police helicopter.
Searches were carried out across a wide area including Fordingbridge junior and infant schools, Riverside Place and Penny's Lane.
The helicopter was seen in the area again on Thursday morning.
The initial appeal to locate the 21-year-old was launched back in December
