A FAMILY in Ashley Heath who feared their unusual-looking dog may have been snatched from their garden were over the moon when he was returned to them by the dog warden four days later.
Bentley the Jack Russell/West Highland terrier cross was left in his “dog-secure” garden for just moments at about 11am last Friday morning while his owner answered the phone.
But when she went back to the garden Bentley, who is two-and-a-half and has distinctive tiger-like markings, had disappeared.
He was returned on Tuesday, much to his owners' relief.
