Successful LAMMA show in new location

Salisbury Journal: Successful LAMMA show in new location Successful LAMMA show in new location

LAMMA 2014 takes place on January 22 and 23 in the new location at the East of England showground, Peterborough.

Celebrating its 33rd anniversary in 2014, LAMMA has emerged from humble beginnings as a local show with some 50 exhibitors and 2,500 visitors to become the UK’s largest farm machinery, equipment and agricultural services show in the UK.

And it is this success that has forced the shows organisers to relocate for a third time in its history.

Cliff Preston, LAMMA event director, said: “LAMMA prides itself on being the UK’s leading farm machinery equipment and services show and we are dedicated to offering a show that can continue to develop and provide both exhibitors and visitors with the best possible experience.

“After a lot of discussion and consultation with the market, we’ve decided to make the move to do exactly that.

“The new location is ideal as it will allow for the show’s growth and help us to overcome many of the challenges visitors and exhibitors have highlighted – specifically by making access easier for them.”

Open from 7.30am to 5.30pm on January 22 and 7.30am to 4.30pm on January 23, entry and car parking at LAMMA is free.
