FARM accommodation group, Farm Stay UK, is joining in the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Beacons campaign by supporting the bid to light 2,012 beacons and bonfires across the nationon on June 4.
Farm Stay is linking with farm charity RABI, to ensure farming communities are wellrepresented in national celebrations.
Andy Woodward of Farm Stay UK, said: “We are thrilled to have been invited to support the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Beacons campaign. We have more than 1,000 members in stunning locations across the UK and we hope to light up every county from the Highlands of Scotland to the tip of Cornwall.”
All the registered beacons will be recorded in a book which will be given to the Queen after the event.
