TEAM GB judo star Karina Bryant spent an afternoon with children at Kiwi School, Bulford, on Friday.
Karina, who won bronze in the London 2012 Olympics Games, watched the judo club perform a demonstration for her, and then she gave a talk about following your sporting dreams.
The 33-year-old visited the pupils on behalf of Team Superschools, a group that arranges for Olympic athletes to visit schools to encourage young people to get into sport.
The scheme also gives children the chance to collect sponsorship for taking part in exercises, and the money raised is shared between the school and the organisation.
Headteacher Susan Raeburn said: “It was a really great day. The children really related to her, as Karina’s talk was so inspiring.”
The school is hoping to raise about £1,000.
