White Rooms reopens

A SALISBURY bar that closed last weekend following financial difficulties has reopened and its director says “it’s business as usual”.

White Rooms in Milford Street closed on Saturday night and rumours started circulating on Monday that a decision had been made to close the bar and Club Rouge, the lapdancing club above the premises, for good.

But the bar reopened on Thursday night and Kevin Welch, director of All White Limited, which runs both White Rooms and Club Rouge, said the financial difficulties had been sorted out quickly and that it is now “business as usual”.

Club Rouge still remains closed but Mr Welch said there are plans to reopen it soon.
