Burglars steal jewellery and silver

JEWELLERY and silver items worth thousands of pounds were taken in a burglary in Salisbury yesterday.
Thieves got into a house in Coombe Road between 2.15pm and 5.30pm and took items including an ornamental solid gold leaf in a silver frame, cufflinks, gold bracelets and a red Hewlett Packard Laptop in a black case.
Also taken were silver items such as a teapot, salad servers, candlesticks, claret jug, cream jug and a card tray.
