Brave Harry abseils 65-metre building for charity
A BRAVE eight-year-old boy from Bulford has abseiled down a 65-metre building in Bristol to raise more than £600 for the MS Society.
Harry Mason wanted to raise money for the charity as his mother Kate was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2007.
He climbed the Eclipse Tower at Cabot Circus dressed in a Superman costume on Saturday and abseiled back down.
Mrs Mason said: “We are enormously proud of his achievement, especially as he doesn’t like heights and we weren’t allowed to go onto the top of the tower with him, so he had to go over the edge without us being able to encourage him. It was amazing.”
