Salisbury Fashion Week starts off in style
FASHION week in Salisbury got off to a flying start with spectacular catwalk shows living up to the organisers' promise to make this year's event bigger and better than ever.
The grand launch event at the City Hall on Thursday featured three catwalk shows, nearly 30 pop-up shops, a pop-up restaurant from Hox Brasserie and plenty of live entertainment, including singing from Just Millie and dancing choreographed by Jacinta Landon with dancers from the Elevate Dance and Salisbury Dance Studios wowing the crowds and making for a lively and exciting opening evening full of fashion fun.
Organised by JAS Hair Salon Group and Ladies who Love… Events and sponsored by Allum & Sidaway, Trethowans and HOX Brasserie, fashionistas flocked to the event, where retailers had the chance to showcase the best of their collections for the coming season.
Sponsored by the newly-refurbished Pembroke Arms Hotel in Wilton and held in the beautiful candle-lit setting of the Regency Room, fashion frolics continued on Friday with the Fashion Through the Decades event.
Salisbury Fashion Week is supporting Salisbury District Hospital's CT Scanner Campaign.
