Twins' cycle rise raises £7,000 for sight charity
EIGHTEEN-YEAR-OLD twins Francesca and Annabel Warley have just completed a big cycle challenge, raising more than £7,000 for charity.
The youngsters, both former pupils of Salisbury’s Chafyn Grove School, cycled more than 700 miles from Gibraltar to Aviles on the north coast of Spain on behalf of the charity RP Fighting Blindness.
RP stands for Retinitis Pigmentosa, an inherited condition that leads to progressive loss of sight. The condition affects some close relatives of the sister and they wanted to help fund ongoing research into a cure.
