THE chance to make your own Christmas wreaths, wildflower cards and decorations is on offer from Wiltshire Wildlife Trust on Sunday (December 8).

The day-long session is being held at the trust's Langford Lakes site in the Wylye valley. Other activities on the day include a Christmas treasure hunt along the nature trail, decoration-making, wildflower paper-making and lots more.

Lakes manager Stuart Maughan said: “We will provide everything you need to make great decorations, and have staff on hand who know a thing or two about making things out of whatever's available. It's a great alternative to shopping. Places are limited on the wreath making courses so book early to avoid disappointment.”

Discounts are on offer for families who book before the event by logging on to wiltshirewildlife.org and looking for the Langford Lakes event.
