AN elderly woman from Salisbury was left distraught and shaken after a man walked into her home and stole her purse on Tuesday.
The incident happened at a property in Anderson Road at about 5pm. The man, described as white, in his forties and with dark hair, is thought to have been carrying a plastic charity bag.
He walked into the house and stole the woman's black faux leather purse and cash before leaving.
