POLICE are looking for a metal pole which could have been used when a youth gang went on a crime rampage in Harnham earlier this month.
Officers are asking people to look out for a metal pole, described as similar to a hoover pole, in the area of Broken Bridges and Town Path in Salisbury.
It is believe it could have been used in an assault which happened along Town Path near Harnham at about 3am on December 7.
Searches of the area have been carried out but the pole has not yet been found, and police believe it may have been left in a garden nearby. Anyone with information can call Wiltshire Police on 101.
