A MAN who fished with a rod and line without a licence has been ordered to pay £207.47.
Nicholas Isaac, 20, of West Dean, Salisbury, was caught fishing at Whinwhistle, Romsey on August 4.
Magistrates in Southampton fined him £60 and ordered him to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £127.47.
