Woman attacked in Amesbury

A WOMAN was assaulted as she walked through an alleyway in Amesbury at the weekend.

The 21-year-old was walking along the alley between Jaggard View and Holders Road at about 1am on Sunday when she was attacked by two men thought to be about 18 years old.

The woman wasn’t injured in the incident but was left badly shaken, Police would like to speak to anyone who was in the area or who has any information regarding the incident. Officers would particularly like to speak to a man aged 20 to 30 with a full beard who was in the area at the time and may well have vital information.
