Sir Ranulph Fiennes at Sandroyd School
THE Sandroyd School in Tollard Royal welcomed back Old Sandroydian Sir Ranulph Fiennes on Friday.
The explorer gave a talk to an appreciative audience of more than 350 guests in the school theatre. All proceeds of this talk and all other fundraising events that the pupils at the school are putting on this term are to be donated to Sir Ranulph’s charity Seeing is Believing. This charity raises money to prevent and treat avoidable blindness in countries worldwide.
