Fairtrade Fortnight marked in city

FAIRTRADE Fortnight gets underway on Monday and special events have been planned by the Wiltshire Fairtrade Coalition.

The group, which is supported by Wiltshire Wildlife Trust, works to promote Fairtrade goods and is hoping to achieve Fairtrade County status for Wiltshire.

Next Wednesday a Fairtrade Evensong will take place at Salisbury Cathedral at 5.30pm and on Sunday, March 2 there will be a Fairtrade lunch with speaker Bishop Edward Condrey at Sarum College.
