BRIDES and grooms to be can get some tips on how to make their big day really special and the forthcoming Wiltshire Wedding Show.

The event, Organised by a Ladies who Love…Events in association with the Journal and Wiltshire Society magazine will showcase wedding suppliers from across the region.

Organiser Catherine Dunning said: “With the wedding industry ever changing and new trends emerging every year, now is the perfect opportunity to come and discover what's hot for 2014 and beyond, and to see what our creative and innovative wedding professionals have to offer.” The show will include information on wedding venues, transport, flowers, cakes, rings, bridal and grooms wear, entertainment, venue styling and prop hire, photography, bridal jewellery and accessories, millinery, hair and make-up.

And this year's show also features film-makers, caterers, party specialists, legal experts, marquee providers, chocolate fountain suppliers, lighting designers, magicians, wedding stationers, opticians and private healthcare professionals. The Wiltshire Wedding Show was launched five years ago and is held twice a year.

It will be at Salisbury City Hall on Sunday, March 16 from 11am to 4pm.

Admission is £5 on the door, or half price with a show voucher. Accompanied under 16s go free.
