RESIDENTS at Milford House care home in Salisbury had the chance to put their MP on the spot on Friday.
John Glen MP came along for a question and answer session and answered queries on subjects ranging from the provision of care for the elderly, inheritance tax, MPs’ expenses and Scottish independence to some more local issues.
A spokesman for the home said: “It was a thoroughly thought provoking afternoon and Mr Glen left with the thanks of the residents for giving up his Friday afternoon in exchange for a gentle grilling.”
