Amesbury Society takes over running of history centre
THE Amesbury Society has now been formally appointed to operate the former Amesbury Museum, now called the Amesbury History Centre, on behalf of the Town Council.
The centre, in the former Melor Hall in Church Street, is open Tuesday to Saturday, 11am to 4pm.
