PLANS to build a two linked care homes at the junction of Fowlers Hill and Tollgate Road in Salisbury have been criticised by city councillors.
The Wessex Care scheme was felt to be an overdevelopment of the site by members of the city’s planning committee who met on Tuesday.
Wiltshire Council planners are expected to make a decision on the scheme by late July.
