A SUPER swimmer has swum the equivalent of the Channel Crossing to raise money for Wiltshire Air Ambulance.
Cherryll Beswick completed her 22-mile swim at Durrington swimming pool over 15 days. She swam 90 lengths the first day and 100 lengths each day for the next 14 days, swimming non-stop for an hour and 35 minutes each morning.
This was her fourth charity swim and she has raised £800 through sponsorship for the charity.
Mrs Beswick would like to thank Chris Chapman and Jonathan Hargrave of Durrington swimming pool for their support.
