DUCK racing, dancing displays, cake-making workshops and a wheelbarrow procession were just some of the attractions at Lover Country Fair on Saturday.
The fun-filled afternoon included games run by the Guides, wood crafts, a pets’ corner and children’s activities.
There was also a Second World War costumed reenactment, fighter aircraft cockpit, classic car show, military vehicles and steam engine displays and forest crafts. Lover Country Fair started in 2007 and has grown each year to include a picnic, live music, arena displays and entertainment.
It has become a village tradition and a firm fixture in the diary, with villagers dodging the rain showers to enjoy refreshments, activities and fun.
