A BOOK fair is taking place at the United Reformed Church in Salisbury.

The event takes place today from 5pm to 8pm, and tomorrow and Saturday from 10am to 4pm.

The sale is being held to raise money for education charity Feed the Minds, which runs grassroots education projects in some of the world's poorest communities.

Book fairs have been held at the church for the last 20 years but this one is likely to be the last as the organiser, David Lilley, is retiring.

Rather than individually pricing the books, organisers will be asking for donations to raise as much money as possible for the charity.
