CHINESE takeaway chain Hotcha has announced it hopes to open a new takeaway in Salisbury as part of its national expansion programme.
Hotcha, which offers collection or delivery, was founded two years ago by entrepreneur James Liang and is seeking experienced franchisees and fast food managers to run the franchise operation in the Market Place.
