THOUSANDS of pounds for hounds were raised at the Dogs Trust’s Festival of Fidos last weekend.
The Newton Tony centre held an open day, summer fete and fun dog show, which was attended by hundreds of people and their four-legged friends.
There were a number of stalls and classes including prettiest bitch, best sausage catcher and best six legs.
The weekend of events helped raise more than £10,000 for the charity.
