THE popular Teenage Market will return to Salisbury’s Market Place on Sunday from 11am-3pm.

The market features stalls and performances by local young people, with one-off pieces, delicious foods and workshops.

Stall holders will be selling everything from home baked delicious treats, intricately designed T-shirts, hand crafted bags, lampshades and exquisite jewellery to beautifully illustrated prints and lots more.

There will be a Mexican street food stall and a pizza stand and a pop-up café, plus a gourmet dog treats’ stall. Young dancers from Elevate Street Dance, drummers from Casa De Samba and singer song writers from Sound Emporium will be performing, as will a wide variety of independent musicians and bands.

You can also take part in a fencing workshop, get a henna tattoo and even get your eyebrows waxed.

The market also offers an opportunity for you to have your say.

From 1.30pm a group of young people will be hosting TALK; a Question Time event in the Guildhall. Come and hear influential local figures speak on key local issues.

Panellists include John Glen MP, King Arthur Pendragon, Wiltshire Council leader Jane Scott and Police and Crime Commissioner for Wiltshire and Swindon Angus Macpherson.
