A MAN has been charged with indecent exposure and using threatening and abusive language in Salisbury Cathedral Close.
Andrew Poulton, 58, from Quidhampton was arrested on April 9.
He has been remanded in custody to appear at Salisbury Magistrates' Court on May 15.
