THE Cathedral are running their stone-carving courses again for all people who are interested in finding out more about the skill.
It is open to all people regardless of experience and participants will learn how to carve some lettering, or create something for the garden.
The mason running the course will guide during every step of the way.
The course costs £125 for the two days and includes a workshop tour given by the Cathedral’s Clerk of the Works or Head Mason and a tower tour conducted by one of our specialist tower guides.
Course dates are over two consecutive days on Thursday, July 2, Thursday, July 9, Thursday, July 30 and Thursday, August 6.
