A PARTS advisor at a Salisbury motor company has won a trip to Vienna after proving himself one of the best in the business.

Steven Cox had already beaten off competition from 500 other employees in an online competition when he made it through to the UK final of the Audi Twin Cup - a major event in Audi AG’s aftersales calendar which looks for the best service and technical Audi staff in the world.

Steven, who works for Heritage Automotive, was then selected as one of six UK Audi employees to take on international competition at the championships in Vienna.

In the past, the team that went on to represent the Audi UK network at the word finals came from a single Centre. This year, the UK team consist of the best service and technical people from across the network - recognising individual excellence.

After the assessments, the winners were whisked off to London for the awards ceremony at the Skyloft, at the very top of Westminster’s iconic Millbank Tower.

Richard Gullett, Head of Business at Salisbury Audi said:

“Steve’s effort and energy in the way he represented Salisbury Audi at the Twin Cup event and won through to the Global final in Vienna is a great illustration of the Vision and Values that Heritage strive for. I am delighted for Steve that his skills have been recognised and congratulate him on the way he achieved this great result in the face of real competition.”
