AN off-road trials bike was stolen during a burglary in Laverstock.
At some time between 6.30pm on Sunday and 9am on Monday, a home in Potters Way was broken into.
The bike is a white framed 320cc engine JCM trial bike with JCM written on the tank and is believed to be a rare model constructed in the 1980s.
PC Karl Baldwin said: "This bike was never registered for on-road use so has no number plate and is quite a rare model.
"We are carrying out enquiries in the area but would like to appeal to anyone who saw or heard any suspicious activity in the Potters Way area between these times to get in touch."
Anyone with information should call police on 101, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
