SEVERAL vehicles were damaged and a number of items stolen during a break-in at the Castlegate Business Park in Old Sarum.
It happened between 4.30am and 5.45am on Saturday.
Police say two men broke into the site by removing a metal fence panel and stole six digger or lorry batteries, a hammer and a JCB drill with two chargers.
The total cost of the loss and damage is estimated to be between £10,000 and £15,000.
The men are believed to have left the site in a vehicle similar in size and shape to either a BMW 1 series or an Audi A3.
They are described as white, of average height, proportionate build, aged in their early 20s, wearing light coloured tracksuit style bottoms, hoodies and baseball caps. One of the men was also wearing glasses.
