A SIX-YEAR-OLD girl from Larkhill has become a calendar star.
Georgie Parker along with her dad Warrant Officer Andy Parker feature in a special Military Moments calendar for 2017 for the month of February.
The calendar, which is being launched this week by charity Little Troopers, will raise money to help support over 150,000 children who have a parent serving for their country.
The photo has been selected along with 14 others for the calendar that shows the special moments between those serving for their country and their children who they often leave behind.
Georgie’s dad Andy, 34, is a Warrant Officer in the Royal School Of Artillery and currently based in Larkhill.
The photo in the calendar shows Georgie, who was age three in the photo, with her dad at a friends wedding.
Mum Paula Parker said: “It was so lovely to receive the wonderful news that Georgie and her dad will be in the calendar; it’s truly amazing.”
The Little Troopers: Military Moments calendar will be on sale for £9.99 and can be ordered at LittleTroopers.net.
