A round-up of cases from Salisbury Magistrates Court.

DEAN JEFFERY, aged 30, of Mill Road, Salisbury was fined £585 for using racially abusive words or behaviour in Salisbury on January 9.

He must also pay £678 court costs.

ELI JAMES, aged 50, of no fixed address, received a Criminal Behaviour Order stating he must not enter Salisbury Market Square, McDonalds, Burger King, Pizza Express, Nandos, Subway, Zizzi, Tesco Metro or Costa, or the BP Garage on Downton Road. He must not fall asleep in any of the premises or remain there when asked to leave.

FIONA NORTH, aged 49, of Bishopstone, was fined £200 and received six points on her licence for driving without insurance on Downton Road on August 28, 2016.

She must also pay £115 court costs.

JULIAN BEADLE, aged 50, of Churchill Estate, Tisbury must pay £500 compensation and complete an alcohol treatment course for assaulting a man at Tisbury Railway Station on November 5, 2016.

He must also pay £170 court costs.

SHAUN DODD, aged 33, of Fairfield Road, Salisbury was sentenced to seven months in prison, suspended for two years for possession of Cocaine and class C drugs, driving while under the influence of drugs and causing damage to four cars and failing to stop on Butts Road on March 12. He must undergo treatment for drug dependency and pay £200 court costs.

ORION RAMSAY, aged 24, of Wallsend, Tyne and Wear, must pay compensation of £250 and was fined £800 after driving without due care and attention, without insurance and causing damage to another car and failing to stop on Humber Lane, Tidworth, on March 21.

He received six points on his driving licence and must pay £115 court costs.

LIAM WOODS, aged 37, of Sidbury Circular Road, Tidworth was banned from driving for 17 months and ordered to carry out 60 hours unpaid work for drink driving. He admitted driving with 74mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath on Pennings Road, Tidworth, on May 12.

DANIEL FEAR, aged 27, of HMP Winchester was fined £50 for stealing an electric toothbrush from Boots on December 31, 2016. He must pay £30 court costs.

ASHLEY RADDY, aged 25, of Elm Grove Road must undergo treatment for drug dependency and comply with a restraining order after assaulting a woman, being in possession of Cocaine, Cannabis and a knuckle duster and causing criminal damage to a light switch in Salisbury on February 3.

He must pay £85 court costs.

MATTHEW TWORT, aged 25, of Bingham Road, Salisbury was fined £275 for assaulting a woman, and £135 for damaging a living room door on May 6. He must pay £112 court costs.
