DONATIONS have been gathered to support victims of the London tower block fire.
Salisbury-based organ builder David Coram started the appeal and has been inundated with donations of adults and children's clothing, toys and other items.
David said: "I've been astounded by people's geneorsity."
About 100 bags have been filled with donations. The appeal was launched last night and collection points were set up to take donations on Thursday, June 15.
The Wyndham Arms in Salisbury was also acting as a collection point for donations.
David has thanked everyone who has supported the appeal.
The fire at the 24-storey tower block, Grenfell Tower, in north Kensington was reported to emergency services just before 1am on Wednesday.
Forty fire engines and around 200 firefighters went to tackle the blaze.
