THE Salisbury Hospice Bubble Rush is back and is bigger and bubblier.
The 5K fun run on Saturday, June 23, at Hudson’s Field, takes participants through four coloured bubble stations where they will be covered from top to toe in brightly coloured bubbles.
The Bubble Village is back as well with lots of activities from warm-up routines, DJ set, children’s activities and food and drink stall.
Taking part in the Bubble Rush is vital to helping Salisbury Hospice Charity provide support in the local community to people with life-limiting illness.
Sharlene Lucas from Salisbury took part in the event last year in memory of her mum who was treated at Salisbury Hospice.
She said: “[It’s] really great for the whole family. For one years old right the way through to seventy to eighty years old.
“Lots of fun, lots of mess, lots of bubbles, lots of laughter, the atmosphere is fantastic and it’s a really great cause.”
More than 1000 people took part last year, which was the city’s first Bubble Rush event.
