ST OSMUND’S Pre-School in Salisbury has received a glowing report from Ofsted and once again been rated outstanding.

It was outstanding in all areas including leadership and management, teaching, behaviour and welfare, and outcomes for children.

Leaders and staff were praised for their “uncompromising commitment to achieving excellence” and for being “excellent role models”.

Inspectors said children “make outstanding progress in all areas of learning” and leave “extremely well prepared” for their next stage of learning.

Manager Trudy Surman said: “We know our children extremely well and work very closely with their families.

“This is what we’ve worked so hard to achieve.

“This is truly exceptional.”
