SALISBURY District Hospital and Wiltshire Council's Bourne Hill offices had a royal visitor yesterday.
The Countess of Wessex opened the new children's unit at the hospital first and met children who will benefit from the new and improved unit.
She then went to the council's refurbished Bourne Hill offices where she had a tour of the building and unveiled a plaque before meeting staff in the main hall.
