WHITEPARISH Garden Club held its annual Flower and Hobbies Show at the village hall on Saturday.
Villagers displayed their talents for horticulture, cookery and arts and crafts, and there were also special categories for the children.
Teas and a raffle were also on offer when the show opened to the public at 2.30pm.
The prizes were presented by Jane Legat to the following cup winners: John Lear Memorial Cup for Floral decoration, Kate Roberts; Vegetable Club, Melvin Ward; Flower Cup, Sally Taylor and Melvin Ward; Bryan Rose Bowl, Keith Hobbs; Gilbert Dahlia Shield, Sally Taylor; Art Cup, Richard Hocking; Handicraft Cup, Veronica Iles; Cookery Cup, Sarah Skeates and the Children’s Cup, Kieran Iles and George Roberts.
The Sir Alfred and Lady Wort Cup for the most points went to Melvin Ward, who also won the RHS Banksian Medal.
